This is the next project for Greenwood. There will be a great 2 story home located here. We will start the foundation this week. The garage will have storage space below with a precast concrete floor allowing for double the garage space.

This is Greenwood’s latest new home which is located in Savage. It is a great 2 story plan with a bonus room over the garage. The basement is unfinished for space to expand in the future. There is an additional set of stairs from the garage direct to the basement for great access.

This is Greenwood’s 2010 Fall Parade of Homes entry which is located in Northfield. It will be a great 2 story home with custom cabinets in the and granite countertops. The main floor is completed by a large living room with fireplace, dining room, and office. The second floor contains a large master bedroom with a great bathroom and walk in closet. This home has 3 bedrooms on the second floor with 2 bathrooms and a large laundry room.

This is a new split entry home that Greenwood is building in Elko. It has a great entryway with a spacious kitchen, dining room, and living room when you go up the stairs. Custom cabinets in kitchen with granite countertops. The main level is finished out with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The unfinished lower level has great potential for adding living space and has the laundry room.

This is GreenWood’s latest 2-story design. Located in Victoria in a very convenient location.  Warm hardwood floors and natural light grace the open and spacious main floor.  The kitchen is beautiful and functional with a walk in pantry, granite countertops, custom tile back splash, and an island to seat four.  The kitchen has a 36″ Thermador range complimented by all Thermador appliances. A large and functional mud room with built in cubbies containing 6 places, spacious dining room, and multi purpose den complete the main level. The fireplace is a see through with real stone on it separating the dining room from the living room. The upper level is designed with 5 large bedrooms complete with walk in closets, and 3 bathrooms all with custom tile floors and granite countertops.  The vaulted owner’s retreat has a large bath with soaking tub and large walk in closet. Second floor laundry with great built in cabinets complete the second floor. There is also a great unfinished storage area accessible from one of the bedrooms.

Work is still underway on renovating the bathrooms of this existing Eden Prairie home.  The master bathroom has been completed, and the upper and lower level hall baths are nearly done.  All cabinetry has been replaced with custom built cabinets.  Countertops have been replaced with a unique granite and shower/tub stalls have been updated with tile surrounds and glass doors to allow natural light to filter in.  Check back soon to see more photos of this project.

Completed summer of 2009 was this screen porch and deck addition.  Project highlights include maintenance free deck and railing system adjacent to a cedar screen porch.  We have outfitted the screen porch with 3 season windows which can be installed to extend the porch use well into the fall and winter months.  To complete the warmth we have install a gas fireplace within the screen porch surrounded by slate tile.

Recently completed is this kitchen remodel in Eden Prairie.  We have replaced the existing kitchen cabinets with new custom made cherry cabinetry.  All appliances have been replaced, and in some cases relocated to help improve the flow and function of the space.  The countertops are granite and the slate backsplash finishes off the project.
